Acquisition Affiliates, LLC was launched in the Fall, 2007 in Brighton, Michigan, as the brain child of founders, Bonnie Steele, Sheldon Smith and Jayne Burch. The founders saw tremendous opportunity to help investors avoid the frustrations and pitfalls they, themselves had experienced in the trenches of real estate investing.
The Acquisition Consultant guides the Investor Buyer through the process of selecting the property, purchasing with private lenders, managing the renovations, getting the property rented and then refinancing into a traditional mortgage (as available.)
Acquisition Affiliates, LLC has taken the Acquisition Consultant role to a new level of service by helping clients identify their investing goals, create a business plan, and connecting them to the right properties, funding and property management to realize their real estate goals.
